I finally did it! I got myself a parrot, a life-long commitment for sure, but one I felt good about. It was just a baby, but with my previous experience with chick-rearing, I felt I could handle the task of weaning this baby parrot from its formula and start training it to become a fulfilling life partner. She will also be the Mabuhay Squad mascot! Come meet her!
