Today I discover more about acupuncture and face my worm fears.

Today we spend another fun-filled day at Nurture Wellness Village in Tagaytay, Philippines. We camp out around a bon fire and visit an organic farm, and you won’t believe Malaya!

Today we take a trip to an amazing place of wellness and relaxation, and our Myna bird Malaya comes along, too!

So, not only did Malaya, our new Mayna bird take her first flight, my past came back to haunt me and I was confronted by a family that I left behind many years ago.

Today was a day of bird schooling for our new pet Myna bird, named Malaya. You won’t believe what she learned how to do today! I was shocked!

I took an ultrasound at work today! I love being a new bird daddy!
